Home Building Process

1 Let's talk
Let's discuss what you're trying to accomplish and what Madison Hall Homes has to offer.  Then we'll talk through a game plan for you.

2 Choose a Community
Where do you want to live?  North, South, East or West?  Look at the entry, home sites, amenities, proximity to good roads and schools etc.

3 Choose a Floor Plan
One or two level home?  How many bedrooms?  Options:  Flooring, cabinets, bathrooms, ceilings.  Choose what is best for you!

4 Price Quote and Purchase Agreement
A Price Quote worksheet will determine the sales price, down payment and monthly payment.  A Purchase agreement buys the home and starts the home building process.

5 Construction Process
This is the fun part!  You'll meet with our Construction Manger and then witness your new home being built.  You're always welcome on the job site.

6 The Closing
This is a meeting at a Title Company.  They walk us through the closing process.  You get the keys to your new home.  Your first house payment is due about 45 days later.  You own a new home!  Your choices!  Clean!  Full New Home Warranty!  All Yours!
