Credit Report

Most of the time we find out that a person's credit report is in better shape than they expected.  When you buy a house you'll need to get a mortgage, a loan for your house.  The mortgage company will look at your credit and your buying power ( income and debt).  You may suspect that you have credit issues and you're concerned they may affect your ability to get a mortgage.

The first thing we need to do is talk.  We have experts in regard to finance/mortgages on staff.  The majority of the time we can determine over the phone if your credit issues are in deed problems.  If need be we'll connect you with a mortgage company, they'll pull your credit report.  They will tell you if they can approve you now or what needs to be repaired so they can approve you.  Most of the time people with credit issues can buy a house, it's just a matter of when?   Let's get started and talk!
